It’s hard to listen to a powerful, inspirational, message from Tony Robbins without feeling like you can do absolutely anything. It stirs up your spirit and before you know it, you want to speak your mind, own your mistakes, and chart a clear plan for a million-dollar life.

Who could blame you? The fact of the matter is, we all want to do better, do the thing we love, and stop groveling to anyone and anything that seeks to control us. It’s in our nature to “do”.

Yet, within a few hours or days of the inspired game plan, we start to feel our focused energy wane.

Why is it that every negative thought we have about ourselves is forever etched into our brain, but a fire hose of inspired messages and goals quickly fade allowing those old familiar habits to easily fill in the gaps?

Why do we love to hang on to the very things that limit our ability to change our lives?

Fear.

The fear of change is more common than you’d think. If you’re thinking that’s not something you need to worry about, it might be time to check yourself.
